Services and amenities were very good. All staff are honest and polite. It is a nice and cozy place. Great for a nights stay. Parking is available. Room and bathroom cleanliness is good. Everything is perfect and I had a pleasant stay. Going to visit again at this place.

From the outside the hotel doesn’t look great. You have to negotiate puddles to cross the car park but once you enter the building the charming and helpful staff will win you over. They made me feel very welcome and the duty manager even lent me his own phone charger. My room was clean and comfortable with a small window onto a courtyard but there was air conditioning. The en-suite was also adequate and clean. There is room service but I preferred to explore the little local restaurants and street stalls in Tunga village close by. This is an ideal hotel for people who want somewhere pleasant to stay but who intend to be mostly out and about. It is not in a tourist area but it is safe and interesting. It is a fair way from the prime tourist spots like The Gateway to India but around $15 - $20 NZ will get you an exciting Ola ride there.
