Hotel Jyoti Dwelling Mumbai

I stayed at Jyoti Dwelling for 3 days with my partner and we felt very welcomed thanks to Mr. Vikas Sachdeva (Director). We chose this Hotel because it was very close to the airport, barely 7 minutes by car. The Hotel was very clean, all staff was very polite and following Covid procedures, I'm from Europe and I was really impressed about the international level they have in this hotel. Food was amazing and everything was sent to the room and nicely packed due to Corona. This Hotel has 4.8 rating and indeed it deserves it. I would recommend anyone who comes to Mumbai to stay at Jyoti Dwelling as my experience was truly wonderful. Thank you once more

We had a fabulous stay the staff are very friendly and so respectful and so happy to help you. The room was Clean comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was delicious with a wonderful selection of foods. We can highly recommend this hotel.👌

I was in this hotel for 3 days along with my wife. I had a very good experience during my tenure. Some of the positives I would like to mention are spacious rooms, neat and clean, courteous staff, awesome and variety of food/breakfast, perfect location and so on. I enjoyed my stay and had no complaints at all. I would highly recommend this hotel to people traveling to Mumbai (preferably Andheri or nearby) for 2-4 days. Excellent hotel at economical rates.

Very good place to stay, rooms are spacious, overall services are also good. Had booked for 3 nights, every day they made room like first day. Breakfast spread was great on Sunday (12-Jan) but other two days were just ok. Housekeeping staffs are excellent. However few staffs in restaurant and reception are not frank enough and helpful. It would be great if they change oldest lift and oldest AC in room (temperature control was not working properly) Overall it is very nice place to stay and few above mentioned cons can be ignored.

I spent 10 nights in that hotel. First of all, they had a young man as a receptionist who was not smiling nor saying hi or what so ever, he was frowning all the time like he was mad at us ! we felt not welcomed, but they had an old guy (probably mid 40) who was very polite. the elevator is so small it can barely fit 2 persons without luggage and was very weird to use. Breakfast was all Indian we couldn't eat because of spiciness, The pictures shown does not match the reality. I reserved a view facing room and it was hilarious, the balcony was covered in PRC and it was not designed to sit in, plus it was filthy and we found a pigeons nest ! There was water dripping sound in the room whenever someone uses the washing sink or shower ! TV was BAD, WiFi coverage barely reached one unit on my phone. On the good side, location is great, even though it was not facing the main road, Hygiene level was good. I kept some money beside the TV and in drawers and when we came back we found all of them so we felt safe and we trusted them. Bottom line, hotels in Mumbai are more expensive than others, for this kind of hotels I would not pay more that 30$ per night (2 persons room), but instead, they charged us with approximately 92$ per night.
