Good hotel and Nice place to Stay. Worst Connectivity as there is a bridge construction work happening to reach the hotel. So we need to walk 0.5km to reach the hotel in Slum area. Unless you know the Area very well or the work is getting completed do not book this. But the hotel is good. Friendly staff and Clean. Spacious rooms. DO not have restaurant and choice they give for breakfast not so great. No other choice if you have to stay go ahead... If not... Please do not book unless the road work is completed. There is no problem with the staff and service. Issue with the location and access alone. Iam sure the Access will be sorted out once the road work is completed but location cannot be accessed at all. we stay for more than 2 nights only first day the wifi worked. Afterthat it doesn't work at all. You only get Tasty and Yummy tea in breakfast.

Hotel appears to be 4 star but at best can be termed as a 3 star hotel. The rooms are comfortable but the bathrooms are totally run down and non maintained, regular laundry of towels & bed sheets is also questionable. Thus the tariff is too steep vis a vis the facilities. Being on a main road mobile phone signals are not reaching the rooms.

hotel is more like Dharamshala rather than a hotel. they did not help me to change my room as bathroom is smelling very bad. location of hotel has not connected with roads due to construction work in street.

Staff is not that great. Rooms are small for the price.Not helpful receptionist. Horrible area, entrance to get in hard for taxis.They do not care about the customers or help. Only positive thing is it is near the airport so you wont miss your flight.

This Hotel is ABSOLUTELY the DIRTIEST HOTEL and is more like a BROTHEL. Their bedsheets have BLOOD STAINS and the other bed sheet has a STREAK of HUMAN FECES. WOW!!! The bathroom is dirty with FECES lining the potty seat. Bathroom has a RAZOR BLADE and HAIR all over. WE LEFT THE PROPERTY IN A HOUR. Very DISGUSTING, DISGUSTING!!! Pics attached.
