Amazing stay and experience It was a really great experience When we checked in the Manager welcomed us with a big smile and Very Helpful .welcome drinks is very tasty . The overall experience was really great . The facilities and staff ,location everything very nice. Exotica amazing hospitality in room dining, hygiene, cleanliness inside out room as well outside is unbelievable. wonderful swimming pool , beautiful views . We stayed for one night and will like to sure. The breakfast was also great. The staff are one of the most courteous and helpful team. The Restaurant is very nice good Maintain . This is a very green property well maintained. Overall 10/10 Thanks for Support and Good Team Work Keep it up Come Again . We enjoyed my family .

Had an amazing stay at the resort. We stayed for the entire week in the 2 bedroom cottage and had a great time. The cottage was beautiful and spacious for a family of 3. The hospitality of the staff was great, the facility manager was amazing and also helped us with a small trek around the property. The food was good too and room service was very prompt. We loved the view of the lake from our cottage and spent hours in the balcony listening to the birds and enjoying the view. We came back feeling very relaxed and rejuvenated. Will definitely recommend this place and come back again. Thanks to the staff for making our trip very memorable.

After looking into booking a hotel in Munnar India, I found this 4 star hotel. The hotel was greatly situated with very spacious room and like little cottages on the mountain that was really nicely done. I was also happy for getting an upgrade with a 2 bedroom category though it was not required. The checkin staff was very kind and helpful. Excellent choice of in room dining options with a wide variety. Facilities at the hotel were very limited. The rooms have no air conditioning so plan your trip when the weather is fair or cooler. It was too hot for me. Internet was a hassle and never connected on any of my devices during my stay even after sending their team to rectify it. The all day dining restaurant by the pool was a disappointment with the level of service received. Let say it’s more like a canteen than a hotel. Option were ok but the quality of food was poor.

Had stayed with family for 2 nights, 3 cottages, each cottage with 2 bedrooms each... resort is well built and rooms are well laid out..you may not have a very great valley view but the view inside hotel in itself is great. The serene and peace setting is great. However service really needs improvement and am not commenting about the Covid related imposed cleaning protocol. Sarcastic comments, mix up with pre ordered food in restaurants, non availability of managers etc are just a few to list. Located at Chinakanal and have lot of attractions to do.. a resort to visit if you do not really want service.

Accomadation is good. But Pathetic is vegeterian dishes and lousy attitude 8n serving.. Vegeterian better carry on food to avoid insults by the staff and hiding Senior managers. Not worth the money you spend.
