The stay was amazing. The hotel staff was cooperative and helping since we are north indians and needed help and guidance for trip due to language barriers. Rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. Food was tasty. The hotel location is in the middle of the city so it was easy for us to locate. Looking forward to visit again.

Good hotel, old property, spacious parking, Good restaurant, spacious rooms, Good room service, walkable distance to munnar centre, take top floor rooms for better scenes, lift available, neat rooms, no air conditioner, hotel staff are good.

Good place to stay in..Room could include some more of the basic amenities like extension numbers shown..Good and basic food..more details of local sight seeing areas needed to be shown..staffs are good

I had booked this hotel in December, 2021 by calling their reception and paying an advance thru online transaction. I had to cancel the booking, but I let them know well in advance i.e 12 days before the booking date. They refused to refund the money and has not yet refunded after many follow ups. Here is the reason for cancellation. After I made the booking, I spent time to go thru their reviews in online platforms. I could see many actual reviews telling the same stuff over and again. Smelly bathrooms, dirty linens and rooms and reviews warn us not to believe in many of the paid reviews. Overall I got a feeling that they used paid reviews to balance and overcome the actual review rating and I could see this in their way of handling my refund case as well.
