This resort is in between spice jungle and a beautiful place to stay. The view from the balcony is amazing. Staff here are very friendly and provided all the requirements we had. Great stay in Munnar.

Hi Team, We had pleased stay at all 3 hotels in plan. - Chandani Lake view Alleppey - Deluxe Houseboat Alleppey - Spice Jungle Resort Munnar The all hotel locations are beautiful and amazing view from balcony and from front. The rooms were very well maintained with all required amenities. The breakfast and dinner was delicious. The staff also very helpful and polite We would like to give 5 star review to This holiday. Also Cab driver Vishnu is very polite and down to earth. He helped us through out the trip and same 5 star to him. We will recommend him for our next kerala trip Thanks Dnyanesh

We were a group of 5. We booked the resort just going by reviews and were very sceptical till we could actually reach the place. First thing that impressed us was the location. Among the trees.. In the jungle (not in a very literal sense), but you get that feel. The camp fire was a delight. The staff are courteous. You get hot water any time of the day. The rooms were spacious, clean. Food was good, really good. Would recommend for both family trip and friends trip. A couple of suggestions - 1) peep hole in the door might be a good addition to consider. 2) coffee, tea need a lot of improvement in terms of taste. Keep up the good work!
Just ok rooms and too steep road to resort.

Im not sure if the issue is only with the room I was given or other rooms are same. My room 201 looked not good. I requested to change room and it was full. The road from main highway was too steep and narrow. If another vehicle come from other direction, it will be difficult to do anything. main road to resort room cottage

Terrible stay and local goons are mis behaving with the guests. Resort management doesn't have control over localiest. Saftey is not gaureented. Breakfast and dinner are utter most waste. They will test your tollernce. Can't find any responsible person to solve your problems
