Had a memorable stay in The Heights Munnar. Loved the ambience, the calmness, climate. Food was exceptionally good, well maintained pool and rooms. Service was good with lots of sightseeing. Only con was they don't sell liquor, had to buy from outside

The Heights Munnar, one of the best resorts I have stayed recently. Loved the location, the food was just amazing and delicious. Well mannered staffs, clean rooms, great pool, much cooler climate than actual munnar, misty and less crowded. Greenery was really a visual treat, suite room was lit🔥 especially Himalaya room view❤️ Road was nice. Highly recommended

I booked this hotel for just a single day but couldn't stop myself to spend one more day here and write a review for this lovely property with an amazing view from the room's balcony. Mr. Juby(hotel staff) is very soft-spoken, friendly and helpful. He cooked a delicious breakfast and dinner for us. Trust me his food made my entire stay awesome.He took really good care of us and did extra ordinary things by helping me arranging serving a fresh food for 8 months Infant daughter. Great service Juby!! Thanks again from the core of my heart. I will visit this hotel every year.

I was stay in 2 days in this hotel and best hotel in munar. Clean rooms, bathrooms, swimming pool everyday. Best Food service by hotel staff. Amazing and Awesome Place in Munar. Thank you, Gaurang Sheladiya & Rinkal Sheladiya Nikunj Sojitra & Ruchita Sojitra

The resort is situated far from town....We were upgraded from Deluxe room to Suite....located amidst forest....staff very courteous....booked MAP plan....wide variety of dishes available in buffet....overall enjoyed stay..highly recommend but one should have their own or hired vehicle for pick up/drop.
