This is an excellent place available in Vattavada, for a family outing. The location of the property is simply awesome as it is in the middle of a beautiful valley. Rooms are really cosy and quiet. Balcony views are simply superb. There are traditional Kerala model (Old Tharavad) , Modern /European Model, Mansion House model and Tents are also available for accommodation in this resort. We have opted for the Mansion House because we were 12. In the mansion House there were 4 rooms with balconies, drawing area, dining area and a small pantry area where also available. In that 4 rooms 3 are double and one was single. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Though the restaurant was small but Food was good and the breakfast was excellent. At times there were delay in getting food but all the time they served hot and fresh food. Pool is well maintained and you can enjoy the infinity pool experience in a budget stay. They have arranged Jeep Safari through the villeges and near by view points. We went for a small trucking as many of us were really not in a mood for walking so long. But we found the resort people have tie up with the local trucking guides if you wish to go for trucking. Overall we had an excellent experience while we stayed here. This place is recommended for those who wish to stay and relax in a natural atmosphere. We kept one day extra for our family in the Munnar trip without much activities, Thanks to the management and staff of Dream Valley resort to make it worthwhile and had a memorable and enjoyable holiday.

Thanks to dream valley resort management. One of the best resorts available in interior part of Munnar. Amazing view of hills, prestegious hospitality, suprb restaurant and delicious food. We celebrated my daughters birth day in the resort. The camp fire and musics made the event extraordinary. Stay in the wooden heritage room was an forgettable memory.

The property is actually at a good location, facing the Vattavada valley and that is the only good thing. The room furnishings were decent and bed was ok. The staff at the reception were not friendly. Room though clean, maintenance was below average. The door knob was hanging in our room. The food served for Breakfast buffet and dinner were just average. There were a lot of noises coming in from the corridor, whenever someone walked through, and from other rooms during the night. The staff didn't inform us about any facilities in the property as such. We found that swimming pool was available at the resort (pre-covid times), but the ambient temperature was too cold to use it. Overall the food or service offered doesn't justify the amount paid for the stay.

Worst customer service. Dont trust these guys and get your holidays ruined...Mr.biju ,the manager ( as he said but doesnt seem to be one from his way of conversation) is at heights of his attitude since it is their peak time.I booked superior room with balcony and got confirmation mail regarding booking also and 2 days before our sheduled date when i called for reconfirmation ,he said room is not available . And this guy doesnt seem to know basics of customer service too and was saying u can complain ,no problem.....guys if you dont wanna ruin your holidays by such idiots look for somewere more professional.

Worst experience ever in my life.The management and staff really don't care to provide any facilities that they mentioned to provide...and the location is too far from town and you might always end up in no other options rather than staying in this worst place as you need to travel so long and no other stays near by.The pictures shown in the web is totally hyped ..reality is entirely different.waste of money and time
