I visited Munnar with my wife in April 2022 and our stay at Devonshire was very awesome. Resort was easily accessible, as it's near to Pallivasal town. Very good location and mesmerizing view from balcony. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. A quality hospitality and staff were very attentive, professional & friendly. Sita, Cibil, Jess were very professional and helpful. The property has a very good ambience and food quality was also good. Breakfast is good with wide variety of cusines. The overall stay is amazing. I will highly recommend this resort to those who plan to visit Munnar. Thanks to the entire team of Devonshire.

Had an amazing two night stay with Devonshire Greens. The food and lodging was very good. Highly recommend the evening snacks and bonfire arranged by the staff. Courteous staff with a smile on their face. 👍

Best suggested for family and friends. Wonderful view point and many sightseeing places are nearby, most recommended for safety stay and got good food away from home. Complementary like nature walk and bonfire went awesome experience..

Had a good time at Devonshire. The resort is at a good location, just a few kilometres from Munnar town, and was fairly easy to navigate to when i and my family came from Kozhikode. The property had adequate parking space with security. Front desk staff were very helpful and the check in process was smooth. Suite room is nice and spacious with a decent view. There is a lawn right outside but no direct access from the rooms besides jumping over the fence. Room service and food was quick and good. There are a few facilities and activities arranged by the staff, all decently maintained. Breakfast buffet is good. We got late on our way back from sightseeing in the morning, and the staff were kind enough to arrange breakfast for us at no extra cost. Food overall is quite good. There are only a limited number of items, however, they are mostly well made The resort is also close to Attukad waterfalls which is a short walk from the property. Overall, a good experience at the place. Definitely worth staying.

Pathetic service wen asked for rooms dey quote on higher price and highest price and tell rooms r full and not available and den we get to know the manager who works der itself gets his family to stay for couple of days without any charges and I literally dont understand how the management even supports dis kind of behaviours dis is not the 1st tym I enquired and have got no rooms its many tyms which has happnd and had to stay in other resorts without prior booking itself dey take our bookings, kindly look into this kind of act wer guests from outside dont get rooms to stay and people who work der get there families to stay for no charges and the staff who is in the resort is complete support to all this activities and on top of that wen every guest checks out the manager and the staff tells please visit again or refer your friends how will they even visit again or even refer sumone wen dey dont get rooms der to stay. Try calling the so called Manger for room availability doesnt respond to calls itself, wen connect to the front desk dey try to connect to the manager and tell you will get a call back but atlast we dont get itself . Next mnth me and my frnds r planning to travel hopefully we get rooms next month atleast without any such instances.
