Additionally, the food is so delicious and clean restaurant. You will get the food in your rooms/cottages if you need.

An ordinary review will not do justice to this astonishing place. It is set in the breathtakingly, beautiful. Rare views of the* Neelakurinji* that blooms once in twelve years, the sunshine that covers the snow layer, the rain that comes down from the forest and the descendants of the forest that descend to the hills. To get rid of the mental and physical exhaustion caused by the first and second phase of Covid pandemic , we decided to go on a family trip to *Munnar* as the situation was somewhat getting back to normal. We preferred*Munnar Ice Queen Resort and Spa * once of the best resort in Munnar and the booking was done earlier itself, well in advance by us We booked 3 suite rooms with balcony for 2 nights. We arrived at the resort at 3pm and the resort was heavenly and an exhilarating experience with stunning scenery, beautiful rooms and facilities. The staff greeted us with utmost hospitality When we reached there, we were mesmerized by the location of property. We were welcome with a warm smile and gave us a quick brief on the amenities which was splendid and very professional. Then we were taken into our rooms which enthralled us with the picturesque view and decor. Room offers a spectacular view of cardamom farmstead/gardens and clouds and are very spacious and Cozy with an amazing lighting setup seamless for all Mood. The scenery from every room was just picture-perfect. We had a nice seating area in our terrace/balcony with a comfortable wooden chair and teapoy looking over the cardamom plantations. The beautiful spacious living room was beautifully decorated. It was just wonderful and such a marvellous accommodation it is. everything is perfect , brilliant and exceptional Staff quality is exemplary. We were family of three couples with kids and let me tell you we were looked after very well and most welcoming feeling. A memorable trip and amazing ambiance and silence becomes a dominant player very much close to nature and a perfect hide out in this tough summer. To be honest the place is one of its kind and our stay will always be etched in our hearts. I have no words to express the pure bliss we had while visiting *Munnar Ice Queen resort and Spa * at Munnar. Great view, peaceful ambience, well maintained rooms and surroundings and above all, a very talented villa crew. I am well-travelled countries and stayed at many hotels, but never felt like home anywhere. the staff made us so comfortable that the moment we were leaving, we all felt like leaving home Mr. Jitty and his crew as so helpful. A special thanks to Mr.Jitty for being an exceptional host being an owner of the place though . The best thing about the place was that he or his crew never said * No* to any of our never-ending demands and always showed ‘’CANDO’’ attitude to our entire requests. From music to campfire, late check out, nature walk... Amidst rain they arrange campfire for us, which was surprisingly different for us where in this place extended their way to make their customers happy to their best. There was so much to do for 2 days. Each passing day, the evening weather felt colder and the snow particles began to water the cardamom leaves. The campfire was setup exactly at 7 p.m. arranged by Mr.Jitty and about an hour with good catchy pop songs along we meticulously enjoyed it as a family. The staff courtesy, food, cleanliness, room ambience and view, everything was top notch. Morning is the most beautiful moment in the world. The awakening of a day is in the light of that dawn. Just in time, a few of us went down for a walk and the sun was shining on us. The aurora borealis was falling on the light green silk-covered cardamom plantations. Enjoyed the journey through the snow-covered cardamom plantations. The children had a good fun. Butterflies, beetles, minnows, and minnows' fireworks are fun. Weeping birds break the tactile silence from time to time, even when the country and the forest are asleep. They follow Covid Norms seriously, all Staff members wear Mask, Hand Sanitizer available at all touchpoints. Mr.Jitty was constantly checking in and did everything he could do to ensure we had a wonderful stay. I want to give a shoutout to Mr.Jitty and the rest of the staff, who maintained the covid guidelines were always willing to go to any extend/extra mile for the guest comfort and safety. Special mention Mr. Jitty who was looking after us very well and ensured our stay was very comfortable and joyous. Finally, I would like to say if u planning to go to Munnar stay in Ice queen cottage. Special mention to the locality of the resort, it's amidst cardamon plantations and Camp fire, nature walk various other events can be organized in a spectacular way. Kudos to the team. The place is worth every penny spent and a must stay resort at Munnar. Highly recommend this to everyone who wishes to have a memorable time at Munnar. Situated at the most picturesque location of Munnar, Windy woods makes your stay a thing to remember forever. We really enjoyed and looking forward to visit again. A well-managed place to come to reenergize self, especially during this pandemic year. Worth a visit.

Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful location, friendly service and had one of the best prawn biryanis I’ve tasted. very good facilities. Extra large rooms, can easily accommodate 4 adults with extra beds. Breakfast spread needs to be more lavish, for a five 🌟 rating. Very good staff and Professional Hospitality experience
