The hotel is very neat and clean. food was fantastic. The good things in this hotel that The hotel is near to mall road. and the mall road is famous for the shopping. Hotel staff members are very well communicated with the guest.

If you are looking for a hotel which is just near to mall at library chowk than Hotel Kahkashan is the best . It's pure family hotel .Doon valley is just in front of your eyes if you stay in this hotel .Thanks Team Royal Collection Hotels for booking this hotel for my family.

1st time travel with my childhood frieds. hotel was and room was good but there is no room heater. staff was cooperative and well atentive. they provide us 2 double bed in a room. best for group traveler and near to mall road ..

Checked in to a premium double bed room facing the doon valley @ 1350/- per night Quiet stay with good room size and tasty home like indian food . Its a small heritage property with a lot of personal care by the management . The staff is helpful especially Mr Rajendra (GM) 9410148483 is a very helpful man with a good sense of humour
Unprofessional behavior of hotel staff

I booked this property through booking.com and got the confirmation mail from them. I called the property to double check, the hotel mentioned that they are sold out and do not have rooms available. They asked be to check with booking.com and they also had my confirmation, but the hotel staff continued telling me that they are sold out. I can see they are still running ads for the same day I booked and they do have rooms available at a higher rate. This is highly unprofessional and money minded behavior. What if I didn't call and went to property on the decided day? Would the hotel deny booking just because they got someone paying higher than at what I booked it on?
