WelcomHeritage Kasmanda Palace

Found the WelcomeHeritage Kasmanda Palace, Mussorie quite by accident - A heritage hotel (structure built in 1863) with well appointed old world charm rooms but having modern bathroom & facilities. It’s very close to the Mall road as well, in case you miss the chaos that is Mall Road :) The property is well spread, overlooking the Mussorie hills, a pretty setting with a viewing deck/ restaurant, a manicured garden & flowers of various colors. The food option & quality of both breakfast and other meals is very good. We were looked after by Mr. SoorVeer, who requires a special mention for his courteous & helpful service. The staff at the hotel was extremely helpful as well. Overall a very good property with a friendly service - just the right place to spend a few relaxing days !

I visited this property for the second time in the last six months my experience has been fantastic .The hotel property is very well maintained and the bathrooms are well lit with modern amenities .The food is tasty and the staff is polite and courteous .A special mention to Mr Suveer singh he went out of the way and took care of our needs .

I patted myself twice this morning for getting my selection right, for our holiday in Mussoorie! WHAT A PLACE! Historic (built in 1836), quaint, cosy, tonnes of antique furniture , artifacts, hunting trophies in a respectful manner, a mesmeric terrace overlooking the valley, a beautifully manicured garden with amazing flowers including Magnolias, an HRH point where the British Royal Highness had her evening tea, very well appointed rooms, UPDATED BATHROOMS, a fantastic breakfast with tasty Indian/western options.... What else do you need for a blissful hill station stay?! The hotel complements Mussoorie beautifully. To top ALL of the ABOVE, is the immaculate & personalised service and the ever-smiling & genuine service staff. Survir, the restaurant in charge is brilliant with his customer service, makes everyone feel totally at home. Overall, a fantastic value for money. There are many good hotels in Mussoorie BUT if you are looking for a genuine Heritage hotel stay at Mussoorie, NOTHING can come anywhere near Kasmanda Palace Hotel!

The hotel has an heritage as the name assocIate , good location and nice view from the rooms as well as the hotel terrace . Great place and spacious, staff was very courteous and helpful throughout the stay. Food on order was good. The breakfast required improvement with regards to display. The hotel is central located and easy access to the Mall Road and gun hill cable car

Wonderful property, very helpful staff , especially Shoorveer was exceptional in providing service , clean rooms and baths , bonfire experience was amazing, centrally located, food was good but not exceptional, breakfast was nice
