Firstly location of the hotel is at best on the Mall Road and the staff of the hotel was great and cooperative. I would like to mention about LokchandRawat he was very helping and welcoming. He took really good care of us thanks Regards Jashanjeet Singh

Good location. Polite staff and good service. Rawat ji helped in the parking and other things as well. The view from the property is also excellent and situated at the mall road. Nearby to all the famous locations in Mussoorie.

We booked this hotel due to good location( just 100feet from mall road),view of hills from room and since we stayed at their Rishikesh property. Unfortunately the experience was very bad due to awful housekeeping, quality of food,and inexperienced as well as Limited staff attending to customer interaction. There is no card swiping machine and either they send a link for on line payment on request or pay cash. Please keep an account of your room service consumption as they can charge you for things you may not have consumed or paid as a package. No restaurant in the hotel and you are served at 3 different places on 2 levels and if there is a capacity booking for their rooms you are unlikely to get a seating when you need during breakfast or dinner,which we experienced.
