A fantastic location .. just remember to stop at Picture Palace end of mall road and not on Library road side ...it is major impact if you are with family. fantastic hotel and hospitality by Mr. Dinesh sharma ... God bless him .. very helpful and supportive.. cox and kings spoiled my stay .. but we managed to be cool and calm thanks

If you don't wants to walk, as most of the hotels in Mussoorie need good amount of walk to reach, then this is the perfect hotel. just 200 meter away from Picture Place, where most of the tourist vehicle will drop you. This is a budget hotel, good value for money, breakfast is just okay not lavish. Only washroom is stink

We checked inn on 19/1/19 hotel is situated at good location . Rooms were nice .the most memorable is manager over there Mr Sharma he is such a wonderful person with lots of statuettes.night view from hotel is good .overall it was a good experience for a stay in mid town .

We reached at the hotel at 7 am .were told to wait as all the rooms were full. We had two kids as we had to drop the. To school . At 10.00am one room checked out .i quickly rushed to the counter to enquire for the room but was told that the room which we had booked was mot yet ready . By 10.30 five rooms had checked out but still we were not given rooms yet Finally at 11.30 the manager came to us and said that we will have to pay extra for a premium room as we had booked delux . We were really tired and hungry so we gave him the extra and checked in at 11.30 am Rooms were decent Food was decent Once u check in. U will have to pay the full money in advance .(no trust ) Location is at the Center of the market with is the only most convenient thing about this hotel Reception staff behaved with us in such a manner that we felt he was a doing a favour by letting us stay at his hotel Parking is a issue as ull have to park your car outside This hotel waits for an opportunity to grab every single money which he can make from anyone .example we paid extra as we were tired waiting .hotel manager knew this that guest will pay extra if we keep them waiting . I will certainly not stay here again

I stayed in this hotel from 11 June 2019 for 4 days but it was the worst experience in any hotel yet. The black boy sitting on the reception was so rude as if he has never been taught how to behave with others. Once u get ur room , they will be least bothered about u . We had our buffet breakfast n they told us the time of buffet till 11.30am but when we went for breakfast at 11.00, there was no buffet and they said that their timings r till 10.30am and u have to pay for ur breakfast. They didn’t even gave a reminder call for breakfast . Moreover at the time of checkout , that black boy told us to hire a coolie for taking d luggage to their parking which was quite far frm the hotel n that too in a rude manner. He should be thrown out of the hotel for such kind of behaviour with guests.I am telling everyone not to stay at this hotel ever.
