Suhashini Palace

Very good hotel. Located in the city centre with parking space. We were a group of 8 people and adjusted really well in 2 big rooms for a 1 night stay. Rooms are good, and staff is polite and friendly. There are good restaurants nearby, although you can also order from the hotel restaurant. Affordable place.

Location of Hotel is in center of city on main road. Market and Mysuru Palace is near to Hotel. Rooms are good but small in size comparing to rates. Staff is good. Food is costly, but so many restaurants are nearby.

I just stayed here for one day.Place is good.Very near railway station.The staff are VERY MUCH customer friendly.This is the biggest plus here.Bathrooms are not comfortable due to the small space.Infrastructure definitely could be improved.There is some music being played continuously which is VERY LOUD and affects sound sleep.

Located about 2 km from Mysore railway station. An old but decent property with compact rooms where there is little space to move inside. However the upkeep and maintenance are good. Ideal for short and family stay

We checked in to the hotel though the reception staff, Darshan quoted much higher than the online price. It was our fault that we assumed fair bit of amenities in comparison with a star hotel. Nevertheless when approached the reception regarding this, instead of explaining things Darshan was very rude and told us that he doesn't have time to talk to us and he even asked us to checkout, which was totally uncalled for. We insisted on providing the owner's number as there was no manager and spoke to Mr. Nikhil who was very polite and explained us the situation and the lack of certain amenities due to Covid. Mr. Madhu who came to fix the TV was helpful and polite too. We were surprised to see Mr. Darshan's behavior, as he acted as though we were staying for free. In these difficult times, people can at least speak nice and polite.
