I booked online but I got a different rate when I checked in, a little higher. It is best to book by phone call or whatsapp. Location - I did a solo, budget travel this time, so it was convenient as it is right across from the main bus terminal in Mysore downtown. And there are many restaurants and supermarket nearby. Easy to get local transportation as well. Service - good and friendly. Room - single room upstairs are not recommended. Not so hygienic and dark, without window. On the second visit, I took a room on the ground floor, actually meant for twin sharing. Has window and livelier.

we have booked a room on the pay at hotel basis. but when we reached there, they have refused the room saying that online booking without advance payment will not be accepted. i was traveling with my family on dussera holidays to Mysure get astonished by the rude behavior of the hotel staff. Immediately complained through the online service provider, and they asked me to wait there for 0.5 an hour to solve the issue. then they have asked me to check the cleanliness of a room and done it. they have then allotted me a room, but it was different from the one i have inspected. when i came back to the room after a few hours it is found that water was drooping from the roof of the room, and asked the hotel to change it. but they have not attended. due to unavailability of room outside i have some how stayed there never go for the hotel

I had visited the city during Dussehra rush.I tried to search a good hotel but due to the festive I couldn’t get a good one and finally selected this one for only one night stay. The room price was very high , still I booked the hotel.And the experience was terrible, nothing was working in the room.Water falling from the AC,Room devise was worst in kind.Never ever stay there.

If there was an option to give -ve points, I would have given -10 for Shastri Paradise. I booked the place for 2 nights and also paid INR 3000 as advance but vacated it within few hours of staying because of the horrible experience. The only positive thing about this place is that it is right opposite KSRTC bus stand and is in the center of the city hence commute is not a problem. Also the prices are not high. You get an AC double room for about INR 1500 which is a good deal compared to other online options. Right from the point we entered the hotel the experience was pathetic. The rooms were stinky, the walls had moss & fungus, the bath rooms were horribly maintained, the health faucet was not working and taps did not have running water. With a lot of dreams I had taken my family along but this experience threw cold water on the dreams. After complaining about the pathetic rooms, the changed the room but again no respite. The worst part was that you had to climb up a big step to get into the toilet. My mother had real bad experience getting in & out of the toilet. Not sure which useless architect designed the rooms which is not at all helpful for elderly people. The TV remote battery was leaking, yes literally leaking and upon raising a concern the bell boy coolly said, without any remorse, "Sir we will change it"...the remote itself was completely touch screen with no alphabet or number readable...you did not know which button to press to change the channel etc., I then decided enough was enough and booked another place Pai Vista instead. When we went to vacate the room, we say a big rat standing near the lift door entrance. Imagine our shock. The parking lot is very smelly, with an open drain flowing near by. The management charges so much money from guests...but cant they do something about it? Overall worst experience and I will never go back to this place again in future. I dont regret losing my INR 3000 as well.
