Hotel Preethi International

We stayed for 3 nights at Hotel Preethi International in Mysuru. We have stayed in 3-4 Hotels in Mysuru...and I think this is probably the best. Excellent large and clean rooms. Very helpful and courteous staff. The food quality is also very good. Currently, due to the Covid Situation, breakfast is not a buffet but served at the table...but quick service and not an inconvenient. Really happy with the Hotel and staff.

We stayed for one night with kids and the rooms were neat and good. The staff were very courteous. The breakfast buffet was good, but the spread could have been better. The views from room were not that great as its located inside the city, but the rooms, its size and the overall cleanliness was great.

Very good location with good facility.Staff are very very good and polite.Through out my staying I intereacted with Cfan and Fathima.They arr very very friendly.food quality specially the brrakfast is also very testy.

A total value for money backed by excellent service of the staff, rooms were neat and sanitized before arrival and they accommodated late checkout for one room as we were on a religious trip to nanjungud as we visit every year. Breakfast was very nice and prepared in their own kitchen. Centrally located near to mysuru bustand and palace , ample parking space available in the property. Overall a great experience and giving 4 star as there is scope for improvement as below. 1) addition of a juice and fruits in breakfast 2) bathrooms dint have ventilation or the fan so collection of mist on mirrors after each use is common.

I booked 1 double bed and 1 quarter sharing room and was asked to pay advance for confirming the room. I paid 3000 as advance and was surprised by the arrogant behavior of the person at the reception....he made us meet wait for 1 hour as there was no record of my booking.....it was already 10pm and I had no choice but to accept what ever rooms he gave......hopeless and pathetic rooms....calling bell was not working, flush in the bathroom was not functioning and bathroom doors were fixed with second rated bolts which were very hard to operate....horrible place to stay with elders and families.....on top this while checking out I explained the check-in issues to the manager, and the reception guy simply said that he gave us the room in just 5 minutes......all of them are liars and they just don't care about the customer pain....
