We entered this hotel after a day of hard experience encountered in another high banner property of a brand of hotel chains in Mysore, during our short family trip on 11th august 2019. I can proudly share that this hotel from the point of entry, location, ambiance and welcome at reception is worth appreciating. We were very happy to receive all the details with clarity, though we had booked online, could get better options, even had to pay more till it was pleasant and worthy. We were really relaxed and felt very comfortable during the entire period of stay. Added to this we discovered that this hotel is located in such a beautiful location from where the much famous and nearly approaching mysore dasera procession passes through towards bannimantapa and can be seen and enjoyed with utmost ease. Value for money

This hotel is really nice with great non-veg restaurant. Location is brilliant very close to bannimantapa. Hotel is bit expensive but the cleanliness, comfort, food and ambiance attracted me. I will recommend this hotel very much. This is very good business hotel as well.

We were travelling as a group of friends and this place was supposed to be a stopover for a night. Our booking was made through goibibo and we got the rooms for a good deal. The hotel is located in Bannimantap and in terms of accessibility the place is great. We reached the hotel around 2.30pm, which was well beyond the check in time and the rooms were not ready. We got one room after waiting for 10 mins and the second room after half an hour. What probably irked us was that even though the rooms were cleared for occupancy, the rooms lacked basic stuff like tissue rolls, bathroom mats, and soaps. We felt that the staff at the reception need a lesson or two about being courteous. They made us feel like they were doing a favour by giving us the room. They had given two 375ml bottles of water for a room occupied by 3. The least they could have done was provide a one litre bottle. When we asked for another bottle, the staff at the reception fussed that only 2 375ml bottles can be given complimentary. After arguing for a while, we eventually did get two additional bottles but the damage was done. It is great place to stay mostly because of accessibility. There is a decent restaurant right next to the hotel as well as some good places within 3km radius. The downside for us was the unsupportive staff. I'm glad Mysore was just a stop over and we didn't have to tolerate them anymore.

Room service needs improvement. I had to call 4-5 times to get basic requests handled. People in reception doesn't really understand the urgency / importance of room service on need basis and provides standard answer which really irritates. I hope there is no adequate house keeping staff.

Very bad service they don't respond to our requests at all, I booked two classic rooms online but they gave ordinary rooms and with several requests they not change rooms to classic did not compensate as they gave ordinary rooms, the manager is not bothered, does not respond to our repeated requests, I lost Rs 2600. The bathroom water doesn't drain fast If you ask for tea it comes after 45 minutes. DON'T go to this this Hotel very bad.
