Suman paradise nainital is really nice place to relax with family and friends. Place is beautiful. Staff is caring. Food is awesome. all staff is very friendly and helpful specially his manager Mr. Dani. Pick up and drop facility is good.

Very nice hotel with clean rooms and tasty food. A place is not less than heaven. The service and the food is very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They serve you best. Management is also very good and helpful. Suman paradise is a perfect destination to relax and rejuvenate.

Parking will be a problem if you are travelling with personal car or taxi. Hotel is good with good staff, happy to help type. Mall Road is little away from hotel, which may be little disappointing. Price is justified

Hotel is one of the best budget hotels in Nainital, ideal for big families or group bookings. The rooms are convenient, spacious but do not expect great views from balcony. Heater was made available on request and service of the staff was very prompt and courteous. The staff at reception was always welcoming with nice smile and ready to help you in all possible efforts. The parking is slightly congested, but after all that is the universal issue in Nainital so dint bother. Overall good stay.
Overpriced and not upto the mark

The deluxe rooms are dark and dingy. There is no window. One small sort of an exhaust window. The rooms are clean and have good facilities. The buffet is good. Thankfully, they serve non-veg. It is located on a steep hill so you have to climb every time.
