One of the best heritage Propert in Nainital.. almost 25 to 30 car parking space there in the hotel. rooms are lake facing and spacious.. nice staff, food was amazing.. we enjoyed lot, live music and Bon fire make our evening so special..

We stayed in The Palace Belvedere during our family vacation. Great hospitality, room services, food, staff behavior...everything perfect. Situated on a convenient location, easy to reach. they have parking space. we stayed in Premium room. It was big and had a lake view.

This is a very old hotel, situated right above the mall road. Location is pretty much connected to main attractions in Nainital. Hotel staff seems unprofessional and inexperienced. We were having trouble finding the Hotel and when we called the Hotel they didn't help us. They also charged hefty amount for an extra bed. They are not taking any safety precaution in given situation. I think staff is not well educated about the pandemic, hence they are not keeping any social distancing and no face masks. Overall we had mixed experience, slightly towards the disappointment. Major improvement needed for eco rooms. Hotel management needs to be more motivated.

1. If you are planning to go with your family & kids never ever book this hotel, biggest drawback is the location it is situated at the end of a very steep narrow lane Although you can drive through it but trust me that’s not easy & on walk is impossible unless you are a hiking enthusiast 2. Rooms are spacious & decently furnished however there are no ceiling fans & lighting is also not that great Now this is the first that I saw in any hotel ELECTRICITY BREAKDOWN . In my 2 day stay there has been power outage too which is strange & kind of unprofessional for any hotel to do. As I already told this hotel is poorly dimmed in case of power outage it was complete dark & we used our mobile torches to use washrooms. 3. There is no mechanism to accept credit card payments , they have put up placard on reception saying card accepted but that doesn’t work So either you carry complete cash which is stupidity now a days or pay by google pay debit card 4. Food was okay but breakfast buffet layout was poor & untidy. Alacarte was better than buffet.

I had booked this hotel for 13th Feb for one night stay. Before booking this hotel I had checked all photos available on internet. I just want to warn to all peoples who want to book this hotel. Please do not go with photos that are available on internet. They did editing to make hotel look good in actual it is not the same. They are charging approximate 4k+ for one night stay and condition of this hotel is Pathetic. Broken buckets in Washroom, No heater available for winter season. We only know how we spent one night in hotel in 1 degree temperature.
