We had nothing to do except visiting over crowded Mall Road OR some nearby points that most people here suggest (waste of time) Then we met Shashank, he crafted a plan for us according to our needs, At the end of the day my children said this was their best outing.

I would recommend this property for a complete experience in Nainital. The staff members were so cordial and prompt. The rooms and lobby were clean and smelt good. Plus, Shashank - the activity manager made our day by guiding us to less explored, scenic places around Nainital, sharing amazing information on local plants and herbs, made us try delicious Kamaon food. And stayed with us throughout the adventure activities. All in all, they made it a memorable trip for us.

Me nd my family visited nainital nd stayed in earls court ..... it's a beautiful property with very big rooms ...nd the special attraction was their activity manager shashank sah ...he took us to some beautiful places nd make our kids to do some activities under his guidance .....he is a professional paragliding pilot nd knows each nd every activity ...he is very kind hearted person nd now became our family member hope to see him soon again .... overall food was good nd every one helps us to make our stay comfortable..keep it up...

I had booked 2 nights stay at Earl's court at Nainital From 26 th.March to 28th.March. Upon reaching there before check in got a call from Mumbai home that there is a emergency and I need to cancel my nainital trip and rush to Mumbai.So I went to hotel and request at the hotel to cancel my booking. Because it was the last moment cancellation, I offered them to charge for one night and refund the balance of second night. On pretext that booking was done through Agoda, it is not possible to refund. When I checked with terms and conditions of cancellation of Agoda, it was clearly mentioned that refund is in the hands of property and they have no role to play. When I asked the management they skipped their responsibility by bringing Agoda in to the picture. Please check all the cancellation terms of the booking.
