I visit Nainital with my family and book snow view hotal online. It's 3 km from bus stop . It is in top of hill, very beautiful place and view point in nainital. It's a good hotal to stay. Strong remanded.

i stayed here with my friend here.staff were very good and good manners.it is on teh top of the hill and the from the top is beautiful.food is good here it has restaurant.service is quick.i stayed here for one night.good management.

Location is good, View from hotel & Room window is marvellous. Enough car parking space.My 2 night stay with family at this hotel is memorable. I booked this hotel without actually knowing the distance from Mall road. GPS doesn't give the actual location. Since I am not a good driver in Hills , the lanes are really dangerous as its a single lane and very risky with no Streets lights .Once I reached the hotel I just Parked my Car . Didn't have enough courage to carry my wife and daughter I hired an Alto (stationed at hoel premises only). The driver Mr Gopal was very cooperative . If one has his own vehicle and good driver to drive those adventourous and risky lanes then its a nice property to stay. Otherwise to come to Mall road and go back to hotel will cost around INR 200 + on every trip. Staffs ( Deepak , Rahul and 2-3 more guys ( i didn't remember the names) are coperative . Food is also fine.

I booked 2 rooms through hotels.com. The contact no given in booking mail was wrong.rooms n toilets were very dirty n small.water leakage in bathroom.so called manager Lakhi Singh was drunk.drinking water was dirty.t.v was not working.room service was very poor.Don't book this hotel

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed and that is an understatement. rude staff, unhygienic food, even the hot water I asked was of yellow color. No wifi available. Rooms were not clean at all.When asked the owner, he told u can give any review it doesn't matter. Pathetic, worthless. They charged $400 extra for blower in room. It is very far located from the mall road. I would give 0 stars if possible. shut down this hotel..
