Quite pleasant stay in Sterling Nainital. Staff is very polite and friendly. Mrs Hema is very supportive throughout the stay. Food is also delicious. Welcome drink is delicious as it gives Uttarakhand authenticity.

Home stay even if u r home away..... Nice food and friendly staff... U never feel u r not staying in home. Facilities was awesome. Even the view of mountain is speechless from the room. After covid all basic eminities was here. We are fully satisfied with service.

We stayed in Sterling Nainital for 5N/6d. Unlike other sterling properties , this one is leased and small which is alright as you don’t have to climb a million stairs (Mussorie). The resort is located a bit away from Nainital which was good for us as we like the quietness of the mountains. Our chosen room was on 2nd floor which has a great Mountain View and we enjoyed sitting in balcony sipping morning tea. The room size was also good and it does give feeling of spaciousness. The activity room is a pleasure for kids. However everything was not hunky dory as culture is very casual. The room lighting is very bad which is cause of concern as kids may want to do some writing/study and any such activity. Their food as well as breakfast spread was very limited and flavor was a hit or a miss. Spa was unnecessarily closed. All of these tidbits can easily be improved for a better experience.
