Recently went on a trip to Nainital with friends and had an amazing hospitality and royal feel , starting from the check in to beautiful cattage😊 by Avexia Resorts Special thanks to Sonam & Kamal for making this stay comfortable and very good who are amazing and with their hospitality experience, they greeted and treated us well. The food was really very delicious and mouthwatering and Room service was really very great. We were always taken care off at every point with the great hospitality service. The evening house keeping service of the room was just above the routine standards . Big thank u to the house keeping team 😊. Love the Vibe there. It is a newly buitly Resort with excellent facilities. Food quality room size, washroom cleaninliness, huge garden area, kids play area, valley view.. everything is just perfect.. You won't find all such facilties at such price in Nainital. You may find other good hotels in Nainital but they will not provide resort like feeling.. the evening walk in garden, open seating area, swings for kids, projector screening in garden etc. Though it is 10 kilometer away from main nainital market but facilities and reasonable price will compensate that. Mr Ishwar, Mr Lalit and Restaurant incharge all were very helpful during our trip. It also has parking facility for around 25 to 30 cars( and parking is a major problem in Nainital)

Recently on the occasion of our 6th Marriage anniversary, I booked UNA Misty resort , nearby Nanital . It was the first time I booked online and was very scared but the real experience was amazing. It was easy to book and really worth going place. After availing many discounts and referral points, finally I booked it for Rs.1200/per day which includes accommodation + complementary breakfast. The breakfast, though was of not so good quality but liked the menu in their buffet.- Cost per day: Rs.1200 after availing various discounts app with which help I made booking: Goibibo Discounts availed: Refferal+cash back free Services offered: Buffet breakfast, electric kettle, fridge,children swings, badminton court, rasgulla on valentine day:) Chargeable Services offered: snacks, refreshment, lunch, laundary, and others. Distance from Nanital: 10km Ranking: 5/5 rate: superb after having discounts cleanliness/; very good, awesome staff: friendly and adjusting washrooms:great like 5 star hotels other facilities:too good

Poor staff service bed was cracked slow service when I asked For a dental kit they only provide me single brush and tooth paste for my family, and I asked them to clean the balcony because it became dirty reception told me you have to clean by yourself.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The management is highly understaffed. No one collects the utensils from outside the rooms and monkeys and cats eat from those left unattended. The rugs in the family room were extremely dirty making it impossible to walk over them without chappals or shoes. The bathrooms don't have an exhaust or a working geyser. If you plan on checking out early in the morning you'll have to wait over half an hour for the higher position person to bill you out. The food was very oily and the only good thing about the hotel is the garden up front.
