The perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in Nainital. Staff was very hospitable and extremely efficient, specially the employee Amit, who helped us with everything and Shri Laxman Singh Restaurant Manager offered us a delightful and exquisite dining experience . This hotel offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out.

Shri Laxman Singh Restaurant Manager has provided good service in all the three days during my stay in the resort.He has enquired about any problem faced by me in the restaurant. He has provided good service. All the staff in the restaurant has provided good service.

Overall services are good The climate here is superb Location is very good Staff is very polite Amit help us a lot in services I would like to visit again here with my friends The food is very tasty here

Good comfortable hotel Little far from city but has amazing view and service is good. Laxman and his team work hard to make the guests comfortable at the food area . Royal suite room was quite spacious and staff had the upkeep good

1. It's too difficult to reach and is almost 45-60min drive from the city. 2. The breakfast, lunch and snacks options are limited when you go to order they would say it's not available so you are left with 4-5 options which taste average. 3. Moreover there is no live kitchen for vegetarians. The cook adds too kuch salt and when asked they don't have enough glasses to provide for the room.. which kind of chain runs short on glasses.. 4. We had a duplex room which was really congested.. there was no space to walk on one side of the bed. 5. The house cleaning would enter your room without your permission. 6. They say they have bonfire but when asked it should be asked for exact at 8 not after. 7. Some people are allowed to party and eat in the gravel area but some are not. Overall never would suggest this resort to anyone
