Good room service, hygienic place and a place which gives a nice view" Great stay in a comfortable room with all amenities and prompt service. Mr. Ripudaman was very helpful and all the staff members were courteous and prompt in attending. Would like to come again for a longer stay. The breakfast buffet was very nice!

Nice hotel, nice hospitality, nice location .. all in all good experience. We were allocated room at 3rd flt which was little tough job climbing those stairs.. but other wise it was a pleasant experience. The location of hotel makes it convenient to roam around the mall road and nearby places

it was a pleasure visiting India Hotel specially my kid was very happy staying there specially sitting on that road side boundary wall! BUT I would add here that hotel is expensive and i don't understand why...

Beware of this hotel. You are in for a terrifying experience. They don’t provide room heaters! We booked 2 rooms for last week of December and they refused to give us heaters when the toom temperature was nearly 1 degree C. The room was so chilly that we thought we might freeze to death! Upon insisting, the receptionist said he could give us a heater in only one of the rooms at an additional cost of 500/day as if he was doing us a big favour. They don’t provide basic necessities like electric kettle/tea/coffee maker. Hot water is only available for few hours in the tap that too only in the mornings and no hot water supply in the basin and toilet. Their restaurant is over priced and they don’t even have a tandoor! Didn’t seem like a hotel stay at all! Seemed like some cheap lodge. Only good thing was the warm and courteous nature of the remaining staff. Rooms were clean but dated.

Beware of this hotel. Most terrifying experience of my stay in Nainital in the last week of December 2021. We had booked two cottages/four rooms for our family. For that, I had asked their Virtual Manager (Mr. Ripudaman) about the reviews which mentioned non availability of heaters and blankets before booking this hotel, but he lied and assured that they have worked on it and they will provide blowers. Thankfully, I had recorded the whole telephonic conversation.And after reaching there, they refused to give us heaters when the room temperature was nearly 1 degree C. The room was so chilly that we thought we might freeze to death! Upon insisting and making them listen the whole conversation, the receptionist said he could give us a heater in only one of the cottages but we paid for the two cottages. They don’t provide basic necessities like electric kettle/tea/coffee maker, despite spending so much, hot water is available only till 2'o clock in the afternoon, no hot water supply in the basin and toilet.. It's an age old property which is more of a Dharamshala or a cheap lodge. It became freezing cold in the rooms. They have cotton torn beddings. Their restaurant is over priced and they don’t even have a tandoor! Do not waste your money on this hotel. It's not worth. On New year's eve, whole staff was on leave. Reception was locked. Pathetic stay.You are in for a terrifying experience. Only good thing was the warm and courteous nature of the remaining staff.
