Hotel Ark of Avalon

Its nearest to airport express line station "airocity" If you have less amount of time to travel from airport to hotel then this is the good hotel. cleanliness and comfortable room etc... They also give you option for charges/hour (minimum 2-3 hours is good) good bathroom and AC too

I booked this hotel for me and my wife went on some official work for 2 days 25th to 27th February. reading some positive reviews about this hotel and OYO Group of hotels.. I thought that it's a good choice to stay with family. While checking in they alloted us room number 105 first floor after that when my wife went to wash room she was locked inside the washroom she was knocked the door and then I observed the door was not having any handles both sides to open the door I literally pulled d door very hard then it opened and my wife came out I brought this to the hotel management the same day evening but they said no rooms are vacant by the time the next day morning they can arrange an other room no TV working room service is very delay.. Next day evening when we return from our work came back and we asked to change the room they alloted us the opposite room 106 first floor.while we shifting the room room 2 room boys entered to change the bed sheet and my white jacket went along with the room boys after 5 minutes we came to know and rechecked our room and raised the issue with the manager Mr. Sameer he said he knows the the staff well and having cctv also when we demands to show he was showing and we found a lady came with a red bag n took something from the cupboard having all the bedsheets and towels between the rooms n went down.??!! I asked management to call her n see her bag but they said she left the hotel and not answering any calls!!?? After that Mr. Sameer said hotel is not responsible for the loss of anything in the room??!!! Then I escalated this topic to the OYO team they too spoke rudely as Sameer in hotel.. Finally they said the hotel will not take any responsibility of any loss or theft in their hotels when my wife said we give a complaint on this they said you can do what ever you want???!! But the next day morning we found the lost jacket outside my room we were a bit shocked and surprised and asked how it came suddenly near my room but no one answered... The same day evening we checked out the room.. So if anyone wants to stay in this hotel please read all the news in Google and see d videos in YouTube about OYO groups Delhi..

Worst Hotel and Worst Staff. Whole corridor was full of Cigarette Smell. Noisy Air conditioner and Worn out Mattress. No toiletries provided in the Hotel. It is not a hotel it's a bloody Sarai or Dharamshala. The staff is Untrained and Non Welcoming. Thumbs down 👎

Hotel employes have no manners about how to talk with the guest.they don't know how to talk with the guest.worst hotel experience till yet.No manager at all in the hotel.My problem is also not sorted yet

If we didn't arrive late at midnight, we would have change to another hotel. The bedsheet are stained, look at the photos. I didnt even use the blanket/quilt. I feel dirty using their showerhead. The mop, bucket and the used bedsheet are lying along the corridor. People knocking on our doors several times in the early hours and didnt feel safe at all. Just dont stay here not even for a night of sleepover, period!
