Hotel Sky Rich International

The hotel is in the middle of Karol Bagh so you just need to walk a few steps to see a great line of boutiques and restaurants. The room and staff are just average - I have no complain and also nothing to compliment about it/them. The food during breakfast is very limited. I think, though, the images I attached speaks volume about how the hotel is being managed. Note: I visited March 2020

The location was in the middle of Karol Bagh which I found it so interesting to stay at !! You would walk for one minute and you were right at the market.Whatever you need, is around.Restaurants, shops, metro station and etc. The staff at the reception were super nice and helpful 24hr The cleanness was well enough for a 3 star hotel and the rooms were big but be careful to not get a room with a fake window otherwise you won't notice whether it is day or night.The breakfast for non-Indians was so brief and just eggs :D They would also give you a funny volenteerly wake up call for breakfast which I found sweet. There were no conditioners at the room so you's better take it with you They also change your money there with an acceptable rate so don't worry I booked my room with booking.com with very good price so if you want to get a safe budget room, this is it

I had been to this hotel around 2 years back while this was all good at services, cleanliness and offerings. Again this time I stayed there for a night. But this time it is much below my expectations. Though the location is is fantastic, this time I am not all satisfied with kind of service, cleanliness, offerings and punctuality. Even minimum requirement of a bottle of drinking water was not available in the room. I bought one. Sorry.

Arrived there from Booking.com, staff tried to overcharge the room to 3500 Rs instead of 2300 Rs if booking directly from them (website had some problem). In the room : no toilet paper, no towels, missing sleepers (we had to ask for all these items), expired water bottles. We didn't even know if the room was cleaned before. Since the (very low quality) quilts were still in the cupboard but the bedsheets were already on the bed, we assume they didn't change the bedsheets. Huge noise from 9am, destroying walls next door or something. Walls were literally shaking from the pondering of the hammers. Staff is ok, but 90% of them barely speak English. A joke for the high price. The room seemed fairly clean, decent (TV, fridge, mirror) and shower hot water was good. Minimum goodies in the room, no toothbrush.

Staff is worst and have no basic cortusy of talk with guest. They do not care.strongly dont recommend you to book this hotel not clean and not basic hygiene maintained. We were not informed that breakfast will be served only in room for breakfast they made us wait till 10.20 am after that they abruptly denied to serve it saying that we serve only 7 to 10 am .and that was our question to them why they made us wait. But they dont care..so dont even think of going to this careless Hotel.
