I had a Great time during my stay. Really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that make thust such a good place to stay are the staff. Front office staff so professional. Walk in distance of metro.

I had wonderful experience Hotel staff are very nice and helpful Services are up to the mark I am really happy to stay. Food was very testy specially breakfast Front office staff are well professional

Medium sized, Japanese managed hotel in residential area of New Delhi. Large spacious rooms with sitting and kitchen area with microwave. 1 nice restaurant with Indian and Japanese cuisine. Alcohol may be only be purchase from and drank in the restaurant after 6:00pm. Other eating places are 20 minutes away by taxi and a small convenience store is a 2 minute walk away. Hotel very clean and very friendly staff. The pool area looked nice although we ran out of time to use it We stayed here for 2 nights during a 14 day tour of India as a base to explore Delhi with a guide and a driver. The hotel was perfectly adequate and we had no complaints.

Made the mistake of booking this property through Goibibo. They give you better rates than if you approach the hotel directly. Have stayed earlier at Avalon Mussooriee and their lovely place at Kannataal - Just cannot believe it's the same owners. For starters if you are not Japanese - you are second class citizen. Everything including the TV channels are in Japanese. They do not let your car enter the hotel premises and you have to alight outside (unless you are foreigner or specially Japanese).They switch off the AC Compressors and make all kinds of excuses and it took us 24 hours to get our AC going. Room Clearance - they remove the stuff from your rooms but it's parked outside your room for 24 hours. You are late for breakfast - it becomes chargeable - worse than being in a boarding school. Indians are not allowed into the Japanese baths - and dining room plays only Japanese channels. Beds are Japanese size - anyone 5'8" and above will be uncomfortable. Had we known - we would not have booked 6 rooms at this highly forgettable place located in almost a slum and charging 5 star rates. The only saving grace were the reception staff who were most cooperative. Avoid totally.

I have stayed here with my family it's a good hotel in budget. It's a Japanese hotel rich with Japanese culture and food .Location also good but little bit it's inside main road and road going to hotel is not that much good. But overall good to stay.
