    I had a really marvellous time at my stay at Metropolitan Hotel in Delhi. My room supervisor, Shiv, was excellent and very helpful to me. He was extremely polite and always willing to help in any of my requirements. My room was always kept to the highest standard because of Shiv’s devotion to maintaining this. I hope to meet Shiv at my next stay- he was great! I would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel Shobna Saggar North Yorkshire

    Manvinder and bhupendr were very good at service....they used to clean my room everyday and behaviour was also good.....nicely attended others guests also....but room dining service was horrible,my experience with room dining was not good

    Avinash from housekeeping did good work keep the room, was fine and comfortable stay was good enjoy at hotel feel happy to come here very closer to metro stations feel safe here n aircon was good clean towels and good ammonites

    I stayed here for 5 days. Room is quite well and very clean. Especially housekeeping is perfect. I was at 7 th floor, Ashok & Nitish were always around with a big smile and kindness. They were asking me all the time if I needed anything when I was going out& coming back which made me feel very comfortable and feel safe. @Ashok & Nitish thanks for your hospitality and efforts

    I had my doubts as this hotel was booked by our travel agent, but it exceeded expectations. The rooms are a bit old, but very well maintained. They’re generous with the bathroom amenities and the room service meal was excellent. We had the best salmon ever. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is the breakfast spread. I find that the choices are quite limited if you aren’t Indian. But overall we had a pleasant stay and would come back.
