    We organised a book launch event here at The Park, New Delhi. It was a successful event. Everything was well arranged and organised. The staff here was professional and polite. They know what their customer needs. From decor to food everything was top-notch. A special thanks to Mr. Pawan (Banquet manager ) for his time and efforts to make the event a big success. I strongly recommend The Park for professional/ family events.

    I Booked this hotel for one night and hotel location is very good, staff is very helpful. Over all my stay is very good. View from room is very good specially the Jantar Mantar View. Services are excellent.

    Firstly my hotel booking experience was also great. On arrival n checking in, I had an upgraded room where I didn't get good vibes. Shared with front desk and they offered me a suite instead which was amazingly cozy. Since I was alone, I declined and instead requested for a premium room on another floor which was shown, approved n taken. I have never encountered such a personalised helpful attitude of front desk. Super impressed I was. In restaurant again, the Manager n the attendant were so courteous , caring n cirpy as well. The guard, the concierge and valet guys were friendly n efficient too. I enjoyed my stay and would love to revisit. Good luck n thank you folks at The Park Yatinder Pal Singh Suri

    I booked 13 rooms in the hotel and Ms Jyoti coordinated the complete checkin process and all other formalities. She did an excellent job to ensure seamless check in for all the 30 guests and hotel services were excellent. The view from nearly all the rooms were beautiful especially the jantar mantar and hanuman temple. The only downside was that only one lift was working and that was a bit inconvenient. I would definitely recommend the hotel and especially Jyoti as well.

    I was booked at The Park Hotel, New Delhi for its location and it was claimed to be a 5 star hotel. It was a huge disappointment after I checked in for a 2 nights stay. The property is not well maintained, some basic services don't exist and house keeping is well below acceptable standards. The swimming pool has not been re-opened and the water is dirty. Overall, a very disappointing stay.
