    Booked hotel Sunstar residency for 3 nights during winters. Staff was professional and helpful. On arrival the check in was quickly done and luggage sent to our room. The boy handed over 2 passwords for wifi. Room was clean and warm. There was a heater in the room. Plenty of hot water in bathroom. Breakfast was ok. Facilities were better, looking at the tariff. I have to visit Delhi next year and will stay here only.

    We had been to this hotel from 05.01.2020 and departed on 08.01.2020 during our onward journey to Amritsar. Right from our arrival we noticed sincerity of all staffs in all aspects. While on return once again we stayed here from 17.01.2020 and departed on 20.01.2020. Surprisingly we were provided the same rooms in which we stayed during our onward journey and liked very much. Sincere thanks to all the staffs and management too. We will obviously stay in this hotel only during our next programme without any fail.

    It was pleasant stay in this hotel. The property was antique. Services are fast.I only stay in this hotel because of Mr. Ajay he is very nice guy and having kind nature. I recommend you all if you are visiting to Delhi(India) then contact with him he will arrange everything. The hotel is also near to local market overall the experience is good.

    Comfortable stay in a stylish room, with breakfast at the rooftop restaurant of the sister hotel a few doors away - both have lifts. Great to tour the city in one of the tuk-tuks passing frequently, or by private car for 1,100 rupees - the higher 1,800 price initially quoted is for a six person vehicle. Good suggestions of places to visit too around Delhi which is fascinating.

    I do not understand why others give so good review on this hotel. For me, it is a hotel that I would avoid for a next time. As it was one part of my package tour accommodation, I do not know the actual cost, but there are too many to complain such as dusty room, terrible bed linens (stains everywhere!), lukewarm breakfast in a dirty underground dining room and so on. It will not be my option if I can choose the hotel by myself.
