Sheraton New Delhi Hotel

We stayed at The New Delhi Sheraton from 14th to 16th April 2022. Our stay from start to finish was very smooth. Our host Shalini was very professional and customer focused. Shalini took care of our needs and made sure our stay was comfortable. I will highly recommend this hotel and would return in the very near future.

It was an amazing time we had there staff so helpful and goof always ready to help their guests. If I am talking about the staff names I would like to say thanks to Sonam Sharma from guest relations who helped us and made us comfortable. Kewal from concierge was also courteous and helped us in transportation.

Great location and easy accessibility to market. The rooms are great with all amenities. Food quality and taste were exceptional. Grateful for the quick resolutions of query, thanks to Shalini & Tarun for their cooperation.

The service at the ITC Sheraton - Delhi was exceptional. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results. I was so impressed with how the hotel staff took care of comfort and all the services which was needed . I would like to thanks specially Guest Relationship Manager - Ms. Shalini - she was very helpful and helped me in getting room ready before checkin time and ensure over all comfort while I was waiting for my room to get ready and also ensured my overall stay in hotel be hassle free. breakfast and foods are delicious and as per international standard. This is one of the best hotel which make you feel that you are staying in top luxurious hotel with best of the hospitality. Good work done by entire team .. looking forward to visit again .

Best hotel to stay in Delhi, services are good.staff is very cooperative. Feel like a home with good environment.easy way to enter in shopprix mall from hotel. Banquets hall, restaurant and rooms are very nice stay. Definitely back to soon
