    During Covid 19 my stay was memorable at hotel eternity .Its beautiful and hygeinelly maintained property .Especially thanks to Deepti she is the only one who made so comfortable.She take care of all services and my needs for making me feel like home .When i arrived at hotel I got smooth check in the room was so beautiful. Congratulations to the Hotel Eternity For such a wonderful caring staff .Thanks again I must visit again

    A very Good Hotel in rajouri garden new Delhi with excellent services. A neat and clean hotel, nice rooms, good breakfast on top. Specifically thanks for Lobby team for warm welcoming. Thank you so much once again for making my stay memorable in delhi.

    We had a couple of nights at the Eternity, staff were friendly and helpful! Cleanliness can be improved, but the breakfast and the staff were so keen on helping and polite! Special mentions to the staff at breakfast, Deepti, Mukesh and Dheeraj!

    The hotel is average for the price we paid. No Restaurant and only room service. However the water scarcity in the morning was the worst experience. The front desk did not do a good job in atleast updating us about the situation and we unnecessarily wasted more than 1.5 hours waiting for water.

    Hosekeeping did a bad job, no kettle, water or glasses in the room, there were lice all over the lenin and furniture. The TV did not have power, socket not working. Lift is very small. However the food was ok. check in was swift but, check out was a mess, did not agree to take payment in USD cash. Not provided with an invoice. Will not visit again for sure.
