Good experience, supporting hotal mamber. Good and nice food quality we have found nice stay and comfortable stay we will come again and stay with this hotel only. Lobby very spacious reception team very nice

Very nice hotel with good airport location.very good food nice breakfast provided by the room service team very polite hotel staff and very helpful it's take only five minutes from international airport

Check in was fast and efficient and room was ready straight away. The hotel is not quite as nice as in the photos - furniture looking a bit tired and the actual hotel feels dirty. Corridors needed a good vacuum but the rooms were a little better, still felt the need to wear shoes though. Furniture & Bedding was nice and clean, ignoring a few stains here and there. TV only in HIndi if you are wanting to watch. Bathroom was neat and tidy, but the hotel water is only on for certain times of the day which is disappointing, so if you are leaving early morning, or arriving late you wont be able to have a hot shower. I did like they provided bottled water for brushing teeth ect Location is decent, close by to the airport and there are little shops around if you need to get anything like toiletries or electronics. Not a bad option for a one night stay in between flights. Much cheaper than hotels in the airport and a short taxi ride costs minimal.

Massively disappointed as this hotel turned out not to be a UK 4 star hotel standard. If this is what you are expecting you will also be disappointed. The hotel did managed to change our room, but both rooms decor was very tired and things broken in the room. Sheets very thin and actually ripped whilst sleeping, towels appeared clean but had definitely seen better days. Hotel did provide water bottles daily but mini bar not stocked. Breakfast very limited, but did cook fresh omelettes on request. Very dusty and AVC not working, only blowing out warm air, so had to turn it off to be cooler. Corridor flooring well worn.

Very basic accommodation. Staff were uncommunicative and uninterested. No smiles, no welcomes. Very unusual behaviour. The bed-sheets were unclean, but we did get a quiet night's sleep. Breakfast was equally unimpressive. We won't be returning.
