Nice location... peaceful place ...very near to botanical garden. Very helpful staffs and awesome service. Rooms are maintained very well... In-house kitchen helps is to get home style food which is safe... Will recommend this place to all my family and friends

I stayed for 3 days from 5th to 8th Feb'2020 and that was wonderful.Good location & great view.Room was clean & with a balcony.There was a small nice garden also. Definitely value for money.A main staf named" Starling" is a nice guy, hard worker & a nice cook, always available to help.😊😊👌👌👍👍

Stayed here for a night. It was really comfortable place.
The view from the outside and the seating arrangement outside was amazing. The place is really well maintained.
Only thing was the price, a bit expensive.
We were able to get food via Zomato or swiggy with ease.
Will be coming over here again in the future as well.

Below are my comments(nights)
1) The room was not sanitized
2) Only one helper for the entire resort
3) The helper name Ranga(HK, helper, room service guy), was not even wearing mask and gloves while serving breakfast or while doing any other work
4) All 3 days the breakfast was served cold and tasteless
5) The helper used to unnecessarily disturb by knocking or ringing the bell at wrong times
6) No internet access provided, when requested, the property owner clearly said no to it by giving the reason "The BSNL internet is very slow, so please use your personal hotspot"
7) All 3 days they provided the same towel, no toiletries and no one to clean the room
8) They never informed about the extra charges(Eg : the helper served the coffee without informing whether it is charged or complementary with BF
9) No proper parking facility provided
10) They were trying to push us from the resort indirectly by asking "When will you check out, almost 4 times"
Note : FAB being the chain of resorts and hotels, have provided the least standard to their customer and they charged 6,320/- for 3 nights for nothing and the FAB FO(Ankit Thapa), promised to give all the above points mentioned but nothing adhered
All the above points listed by me are with my experience being a hotelier from past 8 years(ITC hotels)
I demand FAB a partial refund for this ultra worst service provided and i need a call back

Service was not up to the mark. Bathroom was not so clean .Towels was used and dirty. Breakfast was testless and service was not good. Location quite good but road for hotel was very narrow. As it was home stay and they charged like 4 star hotel. Not value for money.
