I m highly satisfied and happy with the type of food and hospitality I have received in this hotel. Starting from reception to room service till restaurant I have got the best service which are beyond my expectations.... Especially Ravi Gupta and nibha the two staffs of restaurant have provided me with a wonderful service with lots of gesture and gratitude.... So my over all experience of this hotel was good enough and I hope to visit this hotel again.

Recently visited at Hotel Patliputra Continental Patna Bihar during visit to Shri Patna Sahib Gurudwara. Really had excellent experience at this property. All the hotel staff was so courteous, specially staff at restaurant Mr Santosh, Chandan, Nibha. I May forget few names but all of one was really good, polite and extended best of the services. Its a good clean property managed professionally. Food quality was so good.

Hotel, location, restaurant staff, ambience, breakfast all gud. BUT AT LAST MINUTE front desk staff asked me to pay bill which was prepaid b4 checkin. I felt embarrassed. I was called back from front door to pay. I had to ask him to cross check his file. Rather then feeling sry he said ok thanks. Second point - big rooms small bathroom with slippery tiles. Plz do check n correct thanks.
