We planned an engagement at the property. The property was amazing. All arrangements done were very nice. The hospitality was amazing as we had run time requests and they were accommodated without any fuss. Hotel is in prime location. I travelled for my office trip. Excellent service provided by hotel staff specially thanks ms.kusum who took my check in and check out through my whole stay she was very much smiley & helpful.breakfast was good. I am going to recommend my friends to stay here .I would like to come once again.

We visited just to see nearby places in Pune . We stayed at royal orchid because many of our friends suggest us to stay there . Stay was good and comfortable. Atmosphere and hygiene is also good. We want to thank Ms.Talat for guiding some places in Pune . Thank you for the stay Keep it upp

The experience I had with the hotel was one of the best stay. I booked this hotel for my wife's b-day .right from the day I came here I felt the lavel of comfortable like my home but away from home .( Bellboys were very attantive. the lady at the reception Ms.Rituja given us a good room with nice view on the 9th floor . She was very helpful and friendly too.)Rooms were very neat and clean .also I had requested for some special arrangements which was well taken care by the housekeeping team .they made a beautiful decorations in the room. Breakfast at the pinxx was just fabulous with many choices of food. Thanks for all the beautiful memories . We would be recommending this hotel to everyone who looking for a relaxing stay . Royal orchid central was very good hotel in prime location. staff is very friendly .... check in was smooth. . As a very gesture the front office Duty Manager Ravi gave an upgrade to sweet category.. The food in Pinxx is good which is the coffee shop.. Breakfast was nice.Must visit this property again, best experience ever.
