    Parc Estique is one of best grade hotel in pune-nagar road`it’s very fantastic experience I feel happy with the ambience and environment, Tasty food and hiegenic of the hotel and the place is beautiful always with good maintained. Quick response by the staff and helping nature towards guests and filling the needs of guests as there expects. I am suggesting Staff Mr. Piyush is very energised and initiative personnel towards customer and he is very positive responsive towards customer needs and helping a lot.     Nice lobby ambience and beautiful reception. We checked in and found room wasn't cleaned as it should be and moved to another where AC was not working but i would like to recommend the name Mr. Piyush from reception helped us a lot and made us comfortable. Thanks to him for everything.. Thanks Piyush and keep it up👍👍

    The hotel was average but the staff was really helpful especially Mr. Avinash and Mr. Piyush. They were very hospitable and compassionate. They went the extra mile to make my granny's trip a memorable one

    Travelled on business and styed on the second floor room 208 for two nights. All the interiors of the hotel need refurbishing including the lobby. Lack of airconditioning of the lobby at 38degree C is quite unconfortable . Rooms have mosquito's and small cockroaches. The bath room fittings are really dated and bath rooms are provided with only basic soap and shampoo. No other tolietories are available. The food in the restuarant is very good and authentic and so are the staff there. Location near airport and on busy nagar road is really an advantage. The facility needs to clean all the common area carpets and balconies of the rooms. The noise of air conditioner is a another minor bother.

    Poor Service: Repetitive complaints done for non-functioning internet with no response. Request for Iron and Ironing board took 3 days after multiple follow ups. Infested with cockroaches and mosquitoes. Request for Allout took 3 days with multiple follow ups. Bed sheets were old, torn and with stains. Also the furniture was old. There was a water drip from one part of room which continued even after the technician came and checked it. An extra towel was added to the room as a counter measure. My experience for Breakfast was just ok, though saw 2-3 guests complain for too much waiting time. Overall not at all upto the mark for a 4-star place.
