Have stayed in this hotel couple of times and simply had amazing experience. The hotel is very well centrally located in a very posh location. The nearby area is quite and decent. It was perfect for a solo traveller like me. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds are very much comfortable. The rooms are very well ventilated as it has big windows also which gives you cool view. The bathrooms are hygienic, well maintained and clean. The dressing area is an add on which I do not really find in other hotels at this price. The rooms are so cozy. I think it’s a great choice for both business and leisure travellers as well. Would love to visit again to this hotel. Keep up the good work.

I came to Pune last night around 11 and had booked hotel bel air through gobibo with full payment in advance,which is located in lane number 6, koregaon Park. The person at reception told me that I have to pay at property as well, and that they have got nothing to do with online payments that to they were charging me extra than online rates. I called up oyo and they shifted me to some hotel which was nearby. By, the end of the night this was very disappointing to me as I had traveled from Mumbai. The hotel where they shifted was of Oyo as well, and was very dirty and stinky. However, I had no option, but to stay there and nobody at reception was willing to help. Next day I moved to Oyo Lotus which is in lane 5, koregaon park for which I made seperate booking. Here, the rooms are beyond your expectations, they are very clean and pocket friendly, I loved my stay here and whenever I come next time I will book this property only. :)

Small and tiny been the same the past fifteen years . One of my favorite stay joint when visiting Pune. The service is excellent nearly 24hrs. Opposite and facing the Hotel is your Grocer adjacent to The Great Punjab Restaurant & Bar. Quite locality your are never disturbed by noise or other nuisance. As the Hotel is located on a corner there is a Auto and taxi stand with the usual Tea Stall. There is NO Swimming Pool as some reviewers have listed on justdail.

Stayed 2 nights here & found it clean comfortable & very good helpful staff !! Rom is nice & spacious liked the attached balcony in room 102 opt for it if you like a sit out & more homely atmosphere Recommend this place !!

I have stayed at this property many times, I love this property because of the spacious rooms and the balcony. The rooms are neat and have all the basci amenities. Please dont expect much from buffet breakfast, you get only two options (Stuffed paratha & bread) which I am ok with. You get what you pay for.... the tariff which they charge for the rooms and considering the location its worth it and moreover when its longer stay..
