Dined here a couple of times at the Cinnamon restaurant with family and friends. The food and ambience is high quality. The restaurant is stylish with a good seating capacity. There is a good range of dishes to choose from. However, the service on weekends is really slow and u need to cater for waiting time. The starters were really appetising and full marks for the dishes. The hotel is rated pretty high also in booking & makemytrip.com.

Clean, spacious rooms, nice breakfast, good roomservice. Some critical notes though: we booked for four nights and our keycard and wifi code were set for only one night. A bit annoying and no excuse whatsoever, what irritated us even more... Another thing was a lot of children stayed in the hotel and they were really noisy in the echoing corridors till late in the evening.

We just stayed overnight, but the rooms were clean and comfortable (a little small in size). The on-site restaurant and cafe had a good menu and served delicious food. More than adequate for the price, but probably 3 star by way of hotels.

I liked the breakfast, it was simple and delicious. Though there were only 4 options to choose from, the quality was maintained and the restaurant staff was extremely kind and helpful. The rooms are horribly tiny to say the least. Cleanliness is below average as I found dirty cups in my room. I had to switch rooms thrice because of the noise from their cafe downstairs called Raasta and then from their banquet hall upstairs. The noise from the banquets was so bad that I could not catch a wink of sleep! The event had ended but there was staff trying to set up for the next morning, with heavy equipment and it was incredibly noisy. I had travelled to Pune from Mumbai to write an exam, with my senior citizen father, so you can imagine how disappointed I was. The front desk staff wasn't helpful at all and did not do anything to accommodate our requests. If this is how they treat their senior citizen guests then you know how badly behaved they are. I will be never in my wildest dreams be staying here again, that's for sure!

My father recently stayed at this not so wonderful property and I call it that because it's pretty frightening, at the very least. Imagine you're staying in another country, altogether; and one of your lovely parents tend to get injured because of the irresponsibility of a hotel's low maintenance staff. Ironically, the prices of that property seem to be like a high maintenance motel. I'm sharing a picture of the terrible and a petrifying experience that I recently went through because I live in another country and one of my parents got injured because of their irresponsibility.
