    We are so thankful for the amazing service we received at CoCoon Hotel! The staff are unlike anywhere else we have stayed, they are so friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean and the view from the balcony was great to overlook the city. We felt very safe and it was very easy to get a rickshaw to areas around the city. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious, and we experienced many dishes of India. The staff, Rani, Dny, Nitish, Ranjan and Narayan were extremely hospitable and helped with any needs we had. We would highly recommend staying here as a national or foreigner. Thank CoCoon Hotel for the comfortable stay!

    The staff is kind and the rooms are big! Rani, DNY, Nitish, Ranjan, Ram, and Narayan are great! They took care of us so well! The breakfast buffet is fantastic! Room Service was quick, and the rooms were so big! It was an overall great place to stay! We love Pune!

    My parents and I stayed at the Cocoon Hotel for four days. We were struck by the warmth and hospitality of the staff at the reception, house keeping and the restaurant. We had to change our dates at the last minute a couple of times but Nitish and Rani were most helpful in making it work. Divya in the restaurant was delightful and so helpful in making out dinner special. Those working in the kitchen and serving were very responsive. Narayan and all the housekeeping staff we interacted with were most willing to help. Rushali made it possible for us to try other restaurants connected with Cocoon which was great given we were new to the city. Thank you!
