    Excellent Hotel with very city centric location. One of the very popular hotels in the vicinity. The best staff in the hotel. Christina,Robin,Amit from Front office are fabulous bunch of folks who are ready to help always. Gunaji,Rajat from Housekeeping and Sandeep from Room Service are very kind individuals. Starting from the security to everything,this hotel maintains perfection. Management folks like Johny,Mandar are also very friendly and professional folks. It is a hotel that carries a heritage of 25+ years and expertise in managing the hotel is evident in every single act. Compact rooms, 24 hours running hot water, generator back up and all other basic necessities of the guest is always met. Totally deserves 5 star.

    Centrally located on Dhole Patil road, Kapila is a neat business executive hotel. The rooms are spacious, the staff is efficient and courteous. Normal weak points of room service and housekeeping are strong points here. is Located on a street where you have a hospital nearby, a number of restaurants and is within 5 minutes from Pune Jn .

    Nice hotel. Quite close to the Airport, only 25 minutes away. Just opposite the Ruby Hall Clinic. Surrounded by very good eateries. The restaurant is a nice one. Not much variety in the fixed breakfast but the quality of cooking is just too good.

    Average hotel, not very good service. Hygiene is ok. Bed sheets were torn. Bathroom was ok. Only good thing is that many food options are available nearby only. They have car facility but won't provide for pickup and drop(I don't know why they have kept car for).

    the hotel is located very close to the railway station ,but somehow not meeting the decency standards which should have been for such a long time veteran player in the hotel industry. the wallpaper the curtain the waiters uniform was all torn, the seating in the room was not suiting a business hotel it was like a casual. i just order the fresh lime soda it was also expensive for the way it was served ,the glasses used etc is very below average for that price of serving
