Nice and quiet spot in the heart of pune city...friendly staff...clean rooms..affordable rates....owner is helpful...tasty complimentary breakfast..we enjoyed our stay here...we will like to come back to stay...

Very helpful staff. Food is nice. Strong team ( were very stong in follow up ). Good arrangement. Especially would like to appreciate Mr.Anand Marathe for his Customer Service experience. Would like to visit again.

My family & I had a reservation problem with our booking at another hotel & last minute we found Raviraj hotel. They were very accommodating during our stay. The food was very good with very pleasant staff. We enjoyed our stay.

Rooms were neat, spacious and clean. Staff was good and service was prompt. Particularly liked the room service and the restaurant food was also good. For the price it's a good deal The minor downside was breakfast which took time and options were limited

The bad experience at Raviraj started with an extremely cumbersome check in process. The desk clerk had us fill out a really long form with our travel details (which is normal) and then insisted on taking our photo (which is not normal at any hotel I have stayed at in India). Then he went to show us room options and the rooms were extremely dirty. There were hairs and yellow stains on the bedding and dirt and mud on the floors. When we told him the rooms were dirty he showed us to other rooms and all were in terrible condition including peeling paint and what appeared to be mold on the wall. The wifi signal was also very weak making it impossible to stay connected or do any sort of business there. We asked for a refund and were told we could not speak to manager. At this point the desk staff person got extremely rude. We decided to stay elsewhere. He refused to even help us call a taxi and ignored us. This was a horrible experience.
