    We’ve been lucky enough to stay at the Samrat 5 times now and it’s still as good as the first time. The rooms are nice and clean, the restaurant and bar has great food but best of all are the manager and staff, all so very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to everyone. Close to train station (not that you would know).

    The hotel very close to the railway station and also many buses are running nearby. The room are very clean and service is good. Wifi work perfect. The staff at the reception very professional and helpfull the manager and the lady very nice person . I enjoyed stay there.

    Samrat has a great lobby, with guest rooms on six floors. It claims to be “royal living” which exaggerates things a bit – but it is a very valuable business (and leisure) option in Pune. Next to the main railway station, rooms on the upper floors have nice views, are quiet and all facilities (incl wifi) work perfectly well. Staff tries to please at the Indian complimentary breakfast. All this comes at a very fair price. For us (couple) these were very relaxing days!

    This restaurant is located near to Pune Railway station..walkable distance... Ambiance and customer service are very good. Quick service..We had taken Idly Dosa Poori Bhaji butter milk and curd rice. Food is very much OK. Restaurant is also a spacious one. Parking is available. Over all a good restaurnat.

    Well, I arrived back a year later to this friendly hotel and was amazed they remember the travelling granny 70 from last year. Manager even came out to say hi when I arrived with my Canadian friends. This hotel is clean, a super location and quiet. The price is so reasonable and even a delicious breakfast included. Staff in restaurant very attentive and reception staff always smiling and helpful. Stayed on 6th floor and friends even had balcony. Hotel is a stones throw from the train station and bus station. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thanks to all the staff. Keep up the good work. Thanks Rakesh
