    Splendid staff. Well trained, impeccable way of treating customrs. Special note of recommendation for " Puii" - she's a steward at the restaurant, served us well, and very nice nature. Will surely be back on biz travel. Neat location about 15 min from airport

    An awesome and a comfortable stay hightened with even better dining experience at the Pune 14 Cafe in the hotel. A special shout out to Sameeksha, Amit, Nilesh, Puii and Chef Hardeep team who amde sure all Our meals were crafted specially with our needs in mind and served with lots of affection!! They did everything in their capacity to make us feel awesome!!

    I am staying here from last one week. By far this has been my best staying experience within India. Gorgeous building, great ambiance and a lot fall in love as you walk in. I loved my room and all other amenities like - pool, spa and my favourite one, Jacuzzi. Believe me, the staff here pampers you a lot. I in fact had personal bonding with a few. Kamiksha, is a very charming chef you will love interacting with. Meeting her every morning with her beautiful smile was a treat. I wish this little girl the best in her life and career.

    It was a very nice stay I liked the atmosphere of the Hyatt Pune staff were very polite but they need to upgrade their breakfast menu like other 5 stars hotel and Hyatt members should get a bit priority like airport pick up also

    Went for lunch buffet on my in-laws Golden jubilee anniversary. The food and service was excellent. The restaurant manager Harpreet was extremely nice and polite. Overall great experience on a great occasion. Thank you !
