    Loved the place, the vibe of Marriott. Staff was amazing, and Prabal Arora for me stood out. He went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Will definitely book Marriott once again I am in Pune and will look forward to meet Prabal and his team! Thankyou for the wonderful experience!

    The location itself makes the Hotel quite popular and fabulos. But yes, the Hotel chain itself is a International brand. We visited for an conference held by some foreign Colleges called as Education fair. Was best experience in the hotel. We didnt stayed but just visited the seminar in one of their banquet halls. Didnt tasted food but had high tea which was great. I have also visited here earlier for the famous Poona Bakery Cafe Lunge during the IPL season when the cricketers stay here.

    JW Marriott Pune is the  best hotel we have ever been privileged to stay at Pune. We stayed for a night for celeberatig  our Daughter's birthday. Amazing  rooms and fantasic food. What stand out JW Marriott form others is their hospitality and highly professional staff. They are friendly and  kind. Special thanks to JW staff  Ritika, Sudeep, Sonica,Jayanti & Vinod  for making the stay a fabulous one. They accomodated all our request and made my daughter's birthday truely special one.  I would  like to mention personalized attention given by Ritika & Sonica . They are amazing and made us feel at home . Once again thanks  to staff and management of JW Marriott for this wonderful experience

    Vijay at the front desk helped me setup everything nicely for our guests from extended family. We had multiple rooms and folks arriving in two batches. Also we wanted to take care of guests and make sure they don’t need to pay for anything. Vijay accommodated all of our requests very well and our guests enjoyed their short stay at JW Marriot. Kudos to the hotel staff and to Vijay.

    Bad experience I and my friend visited the cafe on an hot summer afternoon round 1 o'clock to try cold coffee. Unfortunately they didnt have any cold coffee. They only had chocolate frappe which was blank. We asked the busy waiter thrice for bill but still he was busy on his phone . After getting up from the table he gave the bill. Is this what J.W server's ? Ambiance-5/5 service - 2/5 Taste - 2/5
