Good well maintained rooms with all amenties required for a stay. Well behaved and Courteous staff members. Ample parking space. Good spacious restaurant. 24 hours room service. Swimming pool and bar service available. Excellent Food and authentic taste.

We had a family get together for 25 pax at the restaurant "Bay Leaf Cafe" to celebrate by son's 1st year pre-birthday bash. A day prior I met with Gajendar Singh to discuss the requirements and to ensure that they would be able to cater at a short notice. I was pleasantly surprised that all the arrangements we ready before we reached the following day. The staff took every effort to make this event enjoyable for our family. The service was prompt and the food was good. A special note of THANKS to the very courteous staff Krishnendu (manager), Shiwani, Kshanika & Vaishnavi who where very attentive to our needs.

Well maintained rooms. Room service is little slow as they took time to. Breakfast was good(variety and taste) and server Mohit was very friendly. Parking is spacious. Whole hotel is well maintained and well behaved staff.

Had a decent stay, but forgot our charger in the room and the experience after that has been terrible. It’s surprising to see how some people from the staff would stoop so low and try to steal a lost charger. Soon after we realized the charger was forgotten, we contacted the hotel and they confirmed that they’ve found and kept the charger aside. We weren’t able to pick it up immediately so we called again just to let them know that we’ll pick it up in a few days but surprisingly this time the staff member said they don’t have any charger. But after pointing out that someone else had already confirmed they’ve found it, they told us to call back later. We called back and when asked for charger, the lady hung up on us as soon as we mentioned lost charger. Even Oyo Hotel stuff shows more professional behavior than this. After another family member called from a different number we finally got them to agree again. When picking up, they only have us back the cable and tried to steal the adapter. After some back and forth, they finally returned the adapter. They seriously need to look into training their staff to show some professional behavior and not risk the reputation over a charger. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone for this horrible service.
