    Hotel is at the Center of city. Nice hospitality.room are clean. Quick service. Also food is good and well served.coordinative staff, & polite. Take the safety major. Room and washroom is disinfected.

    Hotel is located in market area with mall and other shopping areas nearby. Staff at reception was helpful and fast. Quality of food and variety was good. Cleanliness was also good. Valet parking facility was also there. Standard wise the price was a little high but ok as it was located at market area and was also close to the venue of wedding.

    It was unplanned forced stay. Heavy rains caused water logging at our home, so checked in at this place. Hassle free check in. Rooms are small but neat and clean. Breakfast was really good. Even being at one of the busy place, have nice underground parking. Good co operative staff. Keep it up Utsav..

    We stayed at this hotel for a few nights. It is lower cost than some of the international brand hotels. Staff were helpful and location is close to Link Road. A few things to note for Western visitors : do not flush toilet paper down the toilet as it may clog the pipes, do not drink the tapwater since it is not filtered, the buckets in the bathroom are for bucket baths, the Internet speed is very slow.

    About utsav it is anybody's guess that it should be real good the fact is it is not After paying a lot what we get is a room with very bad bathroom water logged you havecto wade through no 24 hrs hot water which even a hotel we pay 1800 we get 24 hrs hot water at 5 am morning we have to wait for hot water wasting 2 buckets fold water then call help then you get hot water we stay in these hotels to get 24 hrs service! Bawa residency dadar gave a bad room but atleast gave hot late dinner and packed our breakfast at 6 am I do not know why they do it so pathetic to judge or neglect a customer these people at the counters should know the value for money the customer is paying
