The Gold Haven Serviced Residences

It was comfortable stay at 'The Haven'. Reception staff was courteous and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Kitchenette was well equipped. Cutlery was provided immediately when asked. Bed was super comfortable. Towels and toiletries were provided. Closet was spacious, electronic safe was also there. TV was in living room and in bed room as well. Ordered fried rice, it was delicious and portion was good for two persons. Hotel staff (Kishan) was polite and helpful. Wifi was fixed immediately. Car parking was available. Overall no scope to complaint. Will definitely come back! Special thanks to Mr. Jass!! Zensar and EON IT park are very close. Other essentials like medical stores, ATMs and eateries are also very close.

Based in a predominantly business area the Haven set back from a main road and behind the IDBI Bank is well located. The staff seem happy in their work and always serve you with a smile this is so refreshing the balcony is adequately furnished with coffee table and two chairs and for a room price you get an apartment which most importantly is very clean the kitchen area is fully equipped with an induction Hob for two pans, a fridge, microwave, kettle knives and forks and more than sufficient non stick pans. There is a breakfast Bar with two stools digital TV for which they added all available English channels. a 3 seat sofa and a coffee table and two more consul tables. in the Bedroom a king size bed with a really high quality matrass and the pillows were fully soft and filled and obviously quite new. the cotton Bed linen was clean and regularly changed .Shower room-Constant Hot water, Spotless cleanliness and all required toothbrush paste, shower Gel moisturiser too many towels and shaving gear the staff are the best no request is too much Restaurant cheap and good Gym small but well equipped Small library and good fully equipped conference room. For what you get this is unbeatable value there is no fault that I could find and I will always come again..free WIFI also as well as full generator backup so continuous A/C It is not well sign posted but well worthwhile finding such a good hotel to stay one and two bedroom suites available

One can count on fingers, the number of liveable options when it comes to Kharadi, for 2-3 night stays. There are options in areas 3-5kms from Kharadi, but barely any within walking distance of EON/ WTC. Haven is a happy exception to this rule. Basic yet homely, hygienic, kitchenette and balcony, small yet decent breakfast spread - these are some of the things I enjoy when I stay here. Occasionally, there are challenges with respect to WiFi and dth. Other than that, Haven is one of the best located, liveable options in vicinity of the 2 key office complexes in Kharadi - EON and WTC. For those who choose longer stays, there is a Reliance Mart close by. For those seeking dining options - movie complexes, restaurants, pubs, malls are within 3-5 kms driving distance.

The property is located in front of Zensar in Kharadi. The location is fully crowded with lots of restaurants and eateries. There is a Gym and bank ATM adjacent to apartment location. They don't provide early check-in in any case. There credit card swipe machine was also not working at the time of checkout. Need to go outside for withdrawing cash and then I did the payment.

I arrive the hotel going through stressful day. Upon reaching the reception the staff did not smile and not even greet me. I was taken aback for what I knew that Haven is known for hospitality. The room was fabulous cosy. That is something I am looking forward after a long journey. Room service was pleasant. I was happy
